Sizing inconsistencies
Torrid's shoe sizing is so inconsistent. At one point, I had learned what size to purchase for every type of shoe sold here. I would purchase a 9 for loafers, 8.5 for boots and some sneakers, and 8 for sandals and some sneakers. I haven't been buying shoes as often as I used to from here but when I have, the sizing has been so off. A few months ago, I bought some dress sandals in a size 8. They were to short and I had to return them. I recently bought some sneakers in a size 8 and they were fine. As far as flats, I've always struggled with Torrid because the 8 was always too short but the 8.5 was too long. With these flats, the 8.5 was too short. I ended up purchasing a 9, my true size in all shoes outside of Torrid, and they fit perfectly. They are definitely stiff and the back of the shoe is going to rub against my heel, which happens often with Torrid shoes unfortunately, but I'll use some moleskin because I need flats like these at the moment. Due to these issues, this is why I dislike that Torrid sells most of their shoes online. I would prefer to try shoes on in store because I have had to return so many due to sizing inconsistencies throughout the years. It's unfortunate because Torrid is the only retailer that sells such cute shoes for people with wide feet, however, the quality and sizing inconsistencies have deterred me from purchasing more often.

No go
Bought these online. They are so cute but so uncomfortable. The back hits so high they give me blisters in 5 minutes. Unfortunately I can’t return.

Cute but not wide.
I bought these not long ago and they are super cute. I ordered it the size, 8, which I have I have in all my torrid shoes and they are tight in the toe section. To be fair I normally read the reviews for the shoes that people complain about being way too wide and those are the shoes I have the best luck with. So super cute but not as wide as i need it to be.

Cute, but poor quality.
Upside: These are really cute and are truly wide width.
Downside: They are really poor quality. I have worn them only twice and the liner inside is already peeling. It is happening in the toe box. These shoes are about a 1/2 size too small, so I know this isn't happening because they're too small. Also, the shoes are REALLY stiff. Because of this the back of the shoe will tear up your heels. I thought I just needed to break them in (even though they made my heels bleed the first time). But the second time I got some stick-on cushion pads to help. They're still scraping the skin on my heel. I wouldn't not recommend these at all. They're so uncomfortable.
