USED BOOTS
Arrived worn, with cat hair on the soles. Clearly creased and then re-assembled for the return. I purchased the boots online for an event so I don't want to return them, but I also would be too embarrassed to take back these clearly used shoes that were sent to me (too bad the person who already wore them didn't have as much concern). No bag, and re-taped into some kind of store packaging. Not sure if they were just tried on too many times in-store or actually worn and returned but I definitely didn't know I was purchasing USED shoes at FULL PRICE :(
