Really Cute but Size Up
I LOVE this tankini! I was nervous with the sizing at first, so I ordered a size up, and it fits perfectly! You can see my bottoms (I have a bit of a tummy) but they’re cute so it works. The bust was a little tight, but it’s like a normal bra and can be let out a little, especially in the shoulders.

I’m pushing mid 30s and I hadn’t worn a swim suit in at least 20 years. In gaining weight I’m just self conscious so I never gave swimming a thought as I got older. My significant other’s family recently purchased a home with a swimming pool in the back yard. Tuesday is family night and everyone has definitely been taking advantage of the pool this summer. My bf finally encouraged me to buy a swim suit. I went to my local torrid store to see if I could find anything and to try them on seeing as I wasn’t sure on size. The ladies working greeted me when I came in, asked if I needed help, told them what I needed, and they immediately understood the assignment. They were incredibly helpful. To my surprise I found several things but immediately fell in love with this leopard swim top. I paired it with torrids high rise black lattice side swim bottom which I fell in love with as well. The top I purchased in size 2 D/DD, swim bottom size 1. The top is very supportive and flattering. It hides my tummy areas well and I like how I can cross cross the straps in the back. I did take out the padding In cups for more comfort. I’m very glad this worked out for me. I really enjoyed swimming when I was younger and I’m glad that I am able to enjoy it and feel cute again at the same time.
