Awesome cut and material!
Love this jacket! Many of Torrid’s cute jackets are cropped but this is a generous enough length without looking like I bought it in the men’s section. Love the cotton and rayon material (perfect for Texas) and it still looked nice enough to wear to a business casual office. Purchased the Sassafras’s color and planning to get the green next!

Get this jacket!!!!
I bought this expecting the thin material of the one I had purchased years earlier. Was I surprised!!! This jacket is on POINT! Both in weight and an unexpected stretch! I wear a 3 in tshirts so that's what I bought. I liked it but knew I'd like one size up even better. Just slightly roomier, not so form fitting. I love all the REAL pockets. The only thing that could be better is if they included a detachable hood. Other than that it's perfect. I bought both colors!

Love the jacket but....
I am reordering the green version of this coat. I have the maroon version and liked it so much. When the green version arrived at my home, I just put it in my closet. I knew it fit already due to I had the maroon version (and I also have it in black). When I was ready to wear it, I popped the tags and put it on. I was super confused looking for the tie in the waist. I could not find it and I am not sure why?? The jacket in the pictures has a tie in the waist and the one that was sent to me did not. I need the tie in the waist or it is too big and sloppy looking on me. I will be returning it and I hope the new one Torrid sends me is what I actually ordered.

Not much of a jacket
I was excited to receive this jacket because of its color and style. However, it isn't really a jacket. It's material is so incredibly thin and when you unroll the sleeves, the sleeves are oddly wide and it looks a bit out of shape. Runs slightly small in the bust area. If the material was a heavy canvas material it would actually be usable for a jacket. Runs as thin as one of their flannels.

What is happening?!
I wanted to love this jacket. It was the exact style and material that I've been wanting Torrid to make the past few years. It's soft and has light stretch. The sleeves roll up and it has a drawstring waist. The color is perfect for fall! Due to an issue with the first one, I ordered this item two separate times in the past week. I received both jackets with major flaws. Is there no quality control at Torrid?? Both jackets had LOADS of loose threads. The first one had what appeared to be bleach stains on the collar. The second one has a huge snag on the front chest and the drawstring seams on the outside were extremely uneven. Do not waste your time with this unless you can get it in the store and look it over!
