Yes you can size down
I wear a 2 in most stretchy waist things, 22 in jeans from here. I bought the very last 2 in stock for this skirt, and also a 1. They both fit. The 1 is barely less roomy than the 2- they are almost the same. That's how much stretch is in this. I have been looking for a skirt like this since Old Navy stopped carrying their jersey maxis a few years ago. Getting another one ASAP and I hope they make these in new colors in the next season!

Great Skirt
I haven’t had time to play with different stylings of this skirt yet but I can already tell there’s going to a bunch of options. This fits my growing bump perfectly. I’m normally (pre-pregnancy) a size 2 but sized down to a 1 based on other reviews. I’m glad I did. This skirt is STRETCHY and soooo comfy! I can already tell I’m going to get a lot of wear out of it. AND IT HAS POCKETS.

Love it!
I bought this skirt because I’m breastfeeding and I am unable to wear a lot of my dresses, which is what I prefer to wear. I. Love. This. Skirt. It is s versatile, you can easily dress it up or dress it down. And it’s so flattering to wear high on your waist with your top tucked in. So flattering and comfortable!

I have been looking for a skirt like this for a long time. I've been waiting for Torrid to carry something like this for a long time too. Seems like these curvy clothing companies only carry shirt skirts. Hey, if you like it and feel confident with a short, tight skirt, more power to you. I don't and they certainly dont flatter my build. But THIS SKIRT?! AMAZING!! The length, cut, material, and how it rests on the body is perfect!! PLEASE, PLEASE CARRY MORE COLORS!! I just bought 3 backups of this skirt because I know this will eventually need replacing and when you find something that checks all your boxes you get backups lol

Lightweight, perfect length, and wears nicely. It did get a pick in the fabric after washing it the first time. It is also slightly see through.
