IT'S ADJUSTABLE!
I was wearing this hat, it was a little big. I found two lil ribbons on the rim. i pulled them tight and tied them. .AWESOME FIT!

Was looking for a black straw hat for a while and was excited to find this one. It’s super cute and not too big. Only downside is that it came in the mail all crushed.

Don’t waste your money!
It was squished during shipping (they didn’t even put it in a box) in a way that it can never be fixed. It looks ridiculous! Also, it’s smaller than other Torrid hats. I ordered the m/l and not only does it not fit, but the top looks stupidly small.

I wanted to love this hat. I wanted a light weight black hat. The quality is poor and the wiring bends too much in spots.

Poor quality
I bought this hat online and it arrived in a small, tightly packed box with my other items with no padding to retain the shape. As a result, it was completely misshapen. It is quite flimsy and I will be returning it as it will never return to the original shape. Not the quality of previous hats I’ve purchased from Torrid, and definitely not the right packaging for shipment.

Quite a journey
TORRID has sold better hats than this one. Ordered this hat twice... first time around it was rolled up tighter than a canoli and completely lost its shape. The fantastic TORRID team at the mall helped me order a new one. Picked it up in store...only to find out the M/L size on the hat ran smaller than the other M/L hats I've recently ordered and loved from TORRID. So to summarize, not the same size as other hats sold on site and easily looses its shape.
