Cool looking boot!
I bought these online in my usual size outside of torrid which is a 9.5. I've noticed a lot of their shoes are running true to my normal size (especially sandals) These fit just a tad big but nothing too crazy. I actually like them that way because I can add an insole and perfect fit! I'm very glad I got these as they are comfortable even without an insole and the look is cool. Highly recommend.

I just received these boots there amazing and comfortable true to size in sandals am always a size 7 1/2 but I decided to get my original size 8 in booties glad I did just right.

Like nearly all Torrid shoes, they run about a half size too large for me-but I'd say they run true to size for their brand. The boots are comfortable and will be even more so once I break them in. My only issue is that they run a little tight at the top of my foot and I worry that they'll be too tight once I wear thicker socks for winter.
