Great sandal!
These sandals are so cute and comfy. When you first put them on they're a bit tough on the toes, but after using them for 10 min they loosen up.

So cute and perfect fit!
So glad I took a chance on these. For those who say the ankle strap is too large, I look at it like this - those of use who shop at Torrid do so because we don’t fit “normal” sizes. These shoes are the same way. I buy Torrid shoes, because I can’t wear “normal” sizes - I have wider feet and thicker ankles. So these fit me perfectly (whereas most shoes would be both too narrow through the toes and around the ankle). So yes; if you do not have plus sized toes and ankles - lucky you! - these will probably be too large in both of those area. For me, though, they’re a dream!

Loose straps
Like other reviews here, the straps are loose on these sandals. I just picked up my catalog order for these shoes so I have time to decide yet if I should keep them. They are nice looking enough though for what I want for summer.

I love them.
These are cute. I got the black in a 7, which is the same as my size in the Riley style and other sandal styles from Torrid. If you like your feet edge to edge in your sandals, go down a half size from your regular Torrid size, because I do still have some room. They’re comfortable though. I can see the elastic stretching out too much in the future if you have swelling issues like I do, but I plan to cut off the elastic bands when that happens and add faux suede ties or fat laces to make them more versatile. There is a loop in the back to make this possible.
They are wide width. Get them.
