Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect! Maybe the perfect shrug! It's light enough to wear in the summer and the flutter sleeves both cover my upper arms and keep me cool. It feels light and feminine. I got this in both the pink and the black and would *love* more colors!

I prefer to have my big arms covered and to have a little break from the sun, or a little additional warmth in the AC. This fit my needs perfectly. Wore it over a Torrid fit & flare dress and it matched so well! I'm normally btwn a 1-2. Got the pink in 2 and thought it was a bit big, so bought the black in size 1. However, the black size 1 fit me more like a 0. So, if in doubt, don't size down, but definitely no need to size up either. And yes, this is SUPER lightweight and as w/ many of torrids shrugs, it will snag pretty easily so beware carrying rough purse straps, velcro, kids (lol), etc.

I sized up as I wanted it longer and I'm so glad I did, as it does go down to my waist at the back, and the girls are more than covered at the front. This way too I can vary how tight or loose it is. I'm 5'9" for reference. Shrug is soft and well made with great material. Highly recommend.
