Customer service lacking
Cute socks. Unfortunately, the tank top I bought with it was too big. When I tried to exchange it, the staff at Aurora Town Center couldn't figure out how to give me a credit for birthday dollars that I had used. She even called another store for guidance but they couldn't come up with a solution. I left the tank top, telling the sales clerk to give it to someone that could use it since it was way too big for me. I had been looking forward to looking around the store since I'd never shopped at Torrid before. I likely would have spent more than the $10 of credit but instead they lost any chance of me shopping there. Lane Bryant is always nice and they go above and beyond when I shop there.

I like these socks. They will go good with a lot of outfits. The only complaint I have is the pattern does not go all the way around on the red socks. It's only on the sides. Otherwise these are very nice.
