Crooked grommets
Had to exchange the black hat for another. First arrived with extremely crooked grommet holes for the string. Very noticeable. Which tells me there is poor quality control. Sequin strings are stuck together. Comes wrinkled as others have said. I bought the black and the white. Gonna wear to go see Shaboozey.This m/l hat will fit if you have a big head

Nice Hat!
It was packaged in a plastic shipping bag with some shirts and was beat up pretty bad. This is the second hat that was damaged. Hats should be shipped in boxes to prevent them from being destroyed.

Not a fan. I ordered it online and the hat was smashed. I tried to get it to go back but it wouldn't. The material reminds be of of the foam paper you'd use for crafts as a kid. The "chain" on it is awful too. It was weird and sticky. My hair got stuck in it when I tried it on. Returned.

Arrived smashed
Arrived totally crushed!!! I mean hat was smashed flat. Absolutely no care with shipping. Can't get the deep wrinkles (creases)out. Unbearable. Torrid should be embarrassed.

This is definitely not a cowgirl hat, it’s definitely a bucket hat. The drawstring is pretty much just for design and rips your hair out…. I would honestly not recommend. I don’t know what’s going on with Torrid, but the quality is down.
