I size down
Because I read one of the reviews and I had to go back to store and return them because my feet were hanging out of it ! But I got my correct size now and I love them ! I received so many compliments!!

Nice loafer slide
I typically wear a 11W and I ordered my size. Fit great. Wide enough and comfortable. I haven’t worn for a long period of time simply to try on. I love the gold accent.

Gorgeous but go w ur size
Purchased half a size down based on a review. HIGHLY regret. I am returning for my original size. Added pictures for reference. I’m a true size 11w. Ordered and photo shows a 10.5w. Hardware is gorgeous. I am hopeful that the shoes will become more “worn” as time goes. Feels slightly rubbery if that makes sense.

Perfect work mule
These are so good! Amazing square toe, love the hardware and the texture of these. Like all Torrid shoes, they run big. I went with a 10.5 and I am normally in any other shoe outside of Torrid a 11W.

I sized down 1/2 a size after reading all of the reviews, and I'm glad I did. They are super cute and fit me perfectly. I'm usually a size 8.5 wide and ordered a size 8 WW. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because they start to crease after one wear. I'm still overall very happy with these shoes.

Lovely, but too big!
I was looking for a black mule for work and wanted something professional and capable of being worn with pants and dresses! This one met the criteria and I purchased it in the same size I’ve ordered other mules from Torrid, but this style of mule runs bigger. I would recommend sizing down about a half a size if you are going to order these. I am conscious that it looks like they aren’t my shoes because of the extra room in the back. The material they are made with is perfect for the shoe because it does crease when you walk, but it’s not too apparent because the material helps to hide it. Th shine on the shoe is nice as well, it gives it a luxe feel and not a cheap plastic one.

Great mule.
Love the mule. It huge, I bought last weekend, have to take it back and order a smaller size. My size is 13 wide so with this one I'll have to take a 12. I also think this shoe will be good for persons with high instep.

Uncomfortable for me
I wanted to love these shoes because they're so cute but the minute I put them on they hurt my feet. I was so excited because there were so many good reviews about how comfortable they are but just not for me.
