this is my first Torrid order and i must say i was not disappointed. the dress is beautiful, honestly i could have gone up one size because i have a large chest and feel like i need just a smidge of extra room up top but i will absolutely still wear it!!!!

Comfortable and cute
I wore my floral olive size 1 dress to a family reunion recently and received lots of compliments. I'm 5'3" and 240; usually a size 2 but this worked well as a size 1 for me. A big disclaimer - I had a double -mastectomy in 2022 after my 2nd breast cancer diagnosis and had a flat closure so there are no girls to fit into the top. Height though was perfect - just below my knees (I'm not a fan of my knees). I'm even more pear-shaped than before and I found this dress comfortable and cute for someone (me) who does not often wear dresses.

Came Back
Came back for another review since there are now new patterns out! I love these dresses! The new patterns are really pretty. Comes with a slip dress underneath, it’s light so you don’t get too hot in this. It does run big and I suggest sizing down.

I got this in both colors and have zero regrets! I love that the fit is meant to be loose and flowy. It is perfect for dressing up or down and works well for me year round in SoCal.

Dress is amazing!
Absolutely love this! Sizing is accurate and it fits amazing! Cut of dress is super flattering. The pattern on it is beautiful. I was worried it would be see through but it came with a slip for under the dress. Material is light weight and soft! Love love love!!

I got the black paisley version and it's so cute. It's definitely a little bit oversized, but I would not say it runs large. It's a style that is supposed to be loose and flowy, so yes it is big but it doesn't look sloppy like you're swimming in it. I prefer the look of it as-is, but you could certainly add a belt if you like a more fitted look. I ordered my usual size 3, and a 2 would have probably fit just fine but I like the look of the 3. Length was good, it skims the top of my knees. It may be a bit on the shorter side for tall people. For reference my usual size is a 3/3X top (sometimes on the large end of a 2), 22/3X bottoms, I have a 42F bust and am 5'3".

Beautiful but big
This dress is very lightweight and comfortable. The colors are great for fall. I ordered a size 2 which I normally wear in dresses because of my bust line. It was extremely large on me and longer than it showed in the picture online. I was going to exchange it for a smaller size but they were sold out! I love the dress so much, I decided to keep it! I am going to order the black one like this. It does come with a slip.

Looks awesome
I bought this after I kept looking at it for so long. i did get the white with red paisleys. It has a nice slip, and I wear shorts cause chub rub! It is roomier than I expected but still looks good.
