Love this dress! Feminine, flowy, & so comfortable with plenty of room in the bust (40G), shoulders, arms, & flattering for hiding a tummy. Only downside is the fabric is clingy if the humidity is low.
I wish I had bought the other print you had last fall, & will buy more colors if you make them! Would love this in a stretch challis fabric too.

Perfection!
First off, I love this style of dress. The twisted front helps hide my apron belly and apple shape. I am a 42DD so I fill it fairly well, though there is still room in the chest area. Second, this fabric! The crepe de chine is lightweight, polished, and travels well. I own this in black, the black floral, and now the brown plaid. Honestly, the brown plaid is my favorite! It has a bit of pink with it making it the perfect neutral. I hope to see more of these released in the future. It makes getting dressed up so effortless!

Pretty & Comfortable
I bought online this pretty floral black & white dress which has yellow/olive leaves and pink/blue flowers nicely balanced with a netted pattern in the background. I plan on wearing this dress to work, church and other gatherings.

Soft and flowy
This dress is so cute. I wore it to an event and received so many compliments. The fabric is is soft and comfortable, the dress is flowy and light. The only drawback was that it seemed a little baggy in the chest area as I am not big busted, but it still looked good.

Better Than Expected
I have been watching the Midi Studio Crepe De Chine Collared Shirt Dress for a little while. After reading the reviews and not being able to clearly see the pattern, I wasn't sure if I would like it. I purchased it while it was on sale. In person, the dress was better than I expected. I am 5' 4" and wear a 5 in Torrid (26/28 in other brands). The dress comes well below my knees (but I like that). The issue with the breast area other reviewers mentioned, I found for me was the gathering. It's loose enough to call a little odd and open exposing your bra. I found that if I pull the gathering toward the center, it is a temporary fix. I likely will wear a pin at the breast to hold the pieces together. Or I may as another reviewer suggested do some sort of sewing trick, a couple of stitches to hold the pieces together. The pattern isn't what I consider plaid. The color might be a watercolor mauve or something. I will likely wear the dress as business casual (ex, work, church, simple social gatherings).

Flattering fit but HUGE!
It is a lovely dress but unfortunately runs really big. Received in mail and immediately tried it on. I ordered a 2 and it fit more like a 3.5. Unfortunately I will have to return it. Will consider trying a 1.

My favorite work dress
This is great for the office. I pair it with a brown blazer and open toe wedges in the summer or boots in the fall. Light to pack for business trips and doesn’t wrinkle. It runs big I’m between a 2 and 3. The 2 fit well with a bit of extra room. The only thing that would make it better is some lining.

Pink is lavender
First of all, this is a more solid dress than Torrid typically sells. The material is a little thick in a good way, and silky. Typically this style looks great on my hourglass figure, size 1x, 40D. But for some reason this wasn't flattering on me. The top is pleated a few times over the chest...maybe that's what others are saying is weird. I didn't find it strange but my husband did. It is true to size. What threw me off is the actual color. I wanted the more muted color like the picture shows but it's actually a medium lavender with the cream so the pattern is clear, if you like that better. Since I got it on clearance I can't return it but it's going to be great for someone so I'll donate it with the tags on.
