Small. I’m usually a 00, but 0 fits fine. The cinched waist makes it quite flexible. I do wish they would make this dress without the puffy sleeves though!!

I bought this a few weeks ago and wore it on a warmer day with some heels and a panama hat. I received so many compliments and my coworker said it was a very "cosmopolitan" looking outfit. :) It fits really well and is nice and breezy for warmer weather.
