Great long sleeves harper
I absolutely and totally love the just right not too long sleeves on this Harper top. I love it so much I bought the roses one and the pink one. If it came in more colors I would buy them. Perfect work too and overall nice top

Another Great Harper!
I always size up to a 3 in the Harper tops but a3 in this style was WAY too big. Exchanged it for a 2 and it's perfect! The Vivacious color is beautiful and can easily be worn with dress pants or jeans. Love the Harper collared styles, especially with the longer sleeves.

like it, don't love it
Fabric is great, the shirt is very comfortable. I also don't have to wear a top under it. With some of the other blouses, I need to wear a cami under them at work because they are a little too lowcut. My only real complaint is that this kind of looks like a sleepshirt on me. The sleeves are very long (I'm short) and puffy, and the overall fit of the shirt feels like pajamas. I bought my normal size and maybe could have sized down. Nevertheless, it's a fine top for work and the pros outweigh the con.

Too big, even size down
I read the reviews about the sizing, so I ordered a size down (normally a 1, ordered a 0) and it’s still too big. The sleeves come to the tips of my fingers and I don’t think one more size down will shorten the sleeves enough. The blouse itself is pretty and a comfortable material.
