I just received them in the mail, so my review is based on just trying them on and impression observation. The quality is good. They look better on picture, I wear a size 10 should have ordered them a size down. If you have a small ankle don't buy them. I have big ankles and they are a little loose around the ankle and with. But I haven't really walked in them yet so they might get tighter after having them on for awhile. Overall I'm satisfied. I will give an update after having worn them outside.

So cute and comfortable
I just purchased this sandal and I absolutely love it. Yes they are big so you can size down, but they are super comfortable and so cute. I have not heard the airy sound that some of the ladies have complained about, so fingers crossed I don't have this experience.

Great Sandal! 5 Stars!!
I don’t know why this has such a low rating. I just received these sandals and they’re amazing! I love the added height with the platform, the straps are wide but soft and very comfortable, and they are incredibly cozy, just made for walking! I looked through the other reviews and agree to size down. I am an 11WW, with truly wide feet, and this is the first time I have bought a 10WW from Torrid and have it comfortably fit me. This is a great sandal and I highly recommend!

Get them but size down!
These are sooo cute, but they are very wide in the toe area. I am normally a 7 in Torrid shoes but had to size down to a 6. They are still a little loose in the toe area, but not so much that they don’t fit.

Love the platform
I got an 8.5 W, my usual size, I would size down half a size, the straps were just a bit too loose so my foot wasn't being held to the sandle very well.

Just Size Down
I wear a 10 in torrid shoes & had to go down a full size to a 9. They fit perfectly now. 4 stars because i ordered them 3 times to get it right. That's how much I wanted these shoes. Once they actually fit my foot, that air sound went away. Plus, i work in a noisy environment, so no one will hear it anyway.

Runs WAY too big
After reading reviews, I sized down a half size and the shoes were still way way too big. I'm going to have to return to exchange for a smaller size. Which is disappointing because I used rewards to purchase and now I'm going to be out on that $20 reward and have to pay full price to get the correct size that is needed. Size down a FULL size maybe even a size and a half.

I like the look of these sandals but they are heavy and run way big! I had to return and reorder a size down. I probably could’ve went down another 1/2 size. Other than that they were really easy to get on and the straps are comfortable. I do recommend them, just in a smaller size.
