Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flattering I dont think I have loved anything plad I've tried on in a long time, but this sewing pattern with the lace up back gives it such a great shape. I normally don't feel things flatter me but this did. There is the unfortunate gapping at the bust, though.

I purchased this top in Sassafras and ordered a size up simply because I was feeling fat that day. It actually was a good thing, because I have wide shoulders, and my usual size would have been too small there. That being said, I wore this with jeans the day I went to a salon to get my hair colored and cut -- and it was SO comfortable, and I felt gorgeous in it! I wore one of the ribbed scoop neck bralettes underneath. I had a little room due to the larger size, and the tie in the back did a fabulous job of accenting my waist. The soft fabric felt lovely against my skin. I would love to see this in more solids. For reference, my usual size is a 4, but I bought a 5.
