Easy to Alter :)
I bought this item with intent to cut to create shorts since my size was sold out for what I wanted (white shorts always seem to sell out quickly). They arrived and didn't fit over my muscular calves so they wouldn't have worked out for me anyway, but they fit my hips perfectly after being cut into shorts and have been a staple ever since!
