Fabulous Dress
I love Betsey Johnson and I love black lace. This dress is both flattering and comfortable. I am going to wear it for formal night on my Carribean cruise.

Betsey Johnson FTW
I wasn't going to buy it at first, thinking, "Do I really need another black dress?" The answer was no, but I bought it anyway.
I'm glad I did. The sleeves cut off at just the right place to be flattering on me. It's bra-friendly as long as I wear the sleeves on the shoulder. The bust and empire waist fit like a glove. The sweetheart neckline hits at the right spot: low enough to be sexy and make room for a statement necklace, high enough to cover cleavage.
The skull lace makes the dress a great choice for Goth events. The black on black keeps it subtle enough for other occasions.
I took away one star because the material feels slippery and cheap. It is not going to breathe at all. I can already tell it's going to pill easily. And if the fabric gets caught on a sharp corner, the dress is done for.
Still, for the price, this isn't a bad buy.

Definitely size down!
Runs really big. I wear a 1 in 90% of Torrid tops, a 1 or 0 in dresses, and a 1 or 2 in bottoms. I bought a 0 and it's still a little big. Not sure if I'm going to keep it as is, try the 00, or just return it because I love the dress itself.

Runs big IMO
Just ordered this and had to exchange, runs big in my opinion.
I did measure the bust and waist while I had it. Size 4. Bust is 26 inches, it does have stretch. Waist is 25 inches inches, also stretchy.

Weird sleeves
This is another dress I wanted to love but alas I could not. The torso part was fine and was really cute BUT I could not get the sleeves to sit correctly. I tried the sleeves up, then down. Both with no luck. Sadly I returned it.

Big and bulky fit
I really thought this would be my new favorite dress, but is has to go back. Lose over the bosom and oddly fitted waist. I’m ALWAYS a s1, but I’ll try it in 0 just to be sure, as it is awesome in theory.
