Great Accessory
I purchased this to wear as an over piece on clothes. I have a black skinny jumpsuit that I think would be cute having this skirt over. I also have a few tight fitting dresses that I think a tulle over skirt would look cute with. I think it has a lot of options for creative addition to my wardrobe. I did go to a 3, normally wear a 2 in dresses and skirts. Gives more room and coverage.

I bought this "skirt" in my normal size even after reading the reviews that said to size up (a lot). It fit as the reviewers warned, but I wasn't unhappy. I wasn't looking for a skirt, I needed a little drama in the boudoir. Paired with the other ballet noir pieces, drama was achieved. The skirt also works nicely under a full skirt or fit-and-flair dress. It adds a little volume without going full cupcake.

Cuuuuuuute
Super cute. I just put it with anything really lol. It's true to size. I wore it out with shorts, a red ribbed tank tucked in and the harness. Some heels and boom. Compliments all day

I love tulle
I don’t understand what everyone was saying about this being too small. I think maybe they did not know how to tie it properly. I was going to go up 2 sizes from what the reviews suggested, but when I went to buy it I could only get one size bigger because of availability. I kinda wish I just ordered my true size because the tulle is a bit stiff and now there’s just a little too much. I’m still quite happy with it, so I’ll keep it.

Hello, Belly!
This skirt is not for the belly-conscious. It looks amazing on the model, but on me it was like a magnifying glass aimed at my belly. The open front draws the eye right there. Thevtullecwas also very stiff and arrived with creases from horizontal folds. Not sure if those can be ironed or how to eliminate them. Anywho, back it goes. I'm sure it'll be lovely on someone: just not on me.

Cute but too small
Cute but runs at least 2 sizes to small as others said. If you order your normal size the gap will be 8-12 inches. Size up at least 2x to look like it does on the model.

Disappointed! I was so excited for this and I bought it in my usual size and it was far too small, based on how it fits the model. So I sized up one more size, still too small. I normally wear a 3 and I think I'd need a 6 to make it fit the way it fits the model

Grossly misrepresented
I purchased my normal size 2 and a size 3 in case my usual 2 was too small because I wanted less of a gap in the front...both were too small and left an 8-10 inch gap between each side of the skirt. *Yet another* instance in which Torrid has misrepresented a product in how they photograph it vs the *actual* product. It's obvious to me now after trying it on, that they put the model in a MUCH larger size because it looked ridiculous in her regular size. Notice how they didn't list the models height and what size she's wearing as they usually do in the product details...I'm growing tired of being disappointed in what I buy vs what I receive from Torrid, time to shop elsewhere sadly. Also this is made out of that gross crunchy tulle that makes noise and feels icky. Bummer.
